Frequently asked questions

Which EU countries have vacancies?

Main destinations: Germany, Belgium, France, the Netherlands. Vacancies also appear in Austria, Luxembourg and other EU countries. The up-to-date list and the number of vacancies per country are in the country filter on the site, which updates automatically.

Which nationalities of candidates do you process?

We hire: EU citizens; citizens of Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova; Latvian non-citizens; and Polish citizens. For some vacancies through a Polish company, we also hire citizens of Armenia. Vacancy flags show who is eligible — select your citizenship in the filter to see suitable offers. Citizens of other CIS countries may apply only if they already have a valid Polish work visa and are currently in the EU.

With which documents is processing possible?

Hiring is possible with one of the following: EU passport; permanent residence of any EU country; Karta Pobytu (Polish residence permit); PESEL UKR with §24 status (temporary protection in Poland — for Ukrainian citizens); Polish work visa; Latvian non-citizen passport. Exact requirements are stated in each vacancy.

Is employment paid for the candidate?

Selecting a vacancy, the interview and support for the candidate are free. The only paid service is arranging an invitation and a work visa — for candidates from countries that need a visa to work in the EU.

Are housing and transfer provided?

For most vacancies, housing and transfer to work are provided. Housing may be free or paid — this is indicated with a separate mark in each vacancy and in the filter. Detailed conditions are in the vacancy text.

How do I apply for a vacancy?

Fill in the form on the site (the “Apply” button) or message the recruiter on Telegram or WhatsApp — the contact is listed in each vacancy. The form will require your details, a photo of an identity document, and, if available, a photo of your driving licence.

How do I find a job here?

1) Select your citizenship (required) — the site will show only vacancies open to you. 2) Optionally narrow by country, profession and housing (free or paid). 3) Open a vacancy, read the conditions, and tap “Apply” or message the recruiter directly. Matching and support for the candidate are free.

How do I choose the vacancy that suits me?

First set your citizenship — this is the key filter: each vacancy lists by flags who can be hired for it, so you'll only see the ones you're eligible for. Then compare pay (net), housing (free or paid), schedule and required documents shown in each card. Choose several suitable options and apply to them — the recruiter will help you pick the best fit.

Employment through a Polish company

Employment is arranged through a Polish company on the basis of one of the following documents:

  • Passport of an EU citizen.
  • Permanent residence permit in an EU country.
  • A valid Polish work visa.
  • Polish PESEL (we can help arrange it if needed).

No Polish PESEL? No problem! We can help arrange one if there are legal grounds to do so.

Before employment, our specialists check the candidate's documents and determine whether official employment is possible for the selected vacancy.
